Great Location and Friendly Staff

central location many cafes helpful restaurants

The hotel enjoys a REALLY central location. I could walk to many places of interest within 10 to 15 minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, so that was helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel has no elevator, and that was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs.

the location was excellent it was very convenient to the metro but also walking distance to many sights i appreciated the umbrellas they had for the rainy days

i think the lobby needs an upgrade it feels a little out of date

persistent smoke smell excellent reimbursement

the hotel location proved convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

My room smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival, a problem that needed attention from the staff. the reimbursement for the deposit remains excellent, even after multiple contacts. This situation is very frustrating.

The room was simple, and it met my needs. It was close to the metro. I found dining options very nearby. The front desk allowed early check-in. I appreciate that.

The stairs need A refresh. They felt a little outdated.

The location provided Easy access to the metro. It was close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Notre Dame was within WALKING distance, about 10 minutes away. The hotel is situated in a lively area.

The hotel provided free luggage storage after checkout. There IS a coffee machine available to use at no charge. The front desk is staffed at ALL times. That is assuring. there is no elevator.

The staff were polite throughout my stay. They spoke excellent english, this was very helpfull. i received A room upgrade without asking. It was A nice surprise. The desk attendant was cute and provided help with bags.
